The Wee Hub is run by two native Southsiders; Tracey, who is an experienced, humanistic counsellor and Donna, who is a holistic wellbeing practitioner.

Tracey offers face to face counselling at The Wee Hub, counselling online, on the phone and walk and talk therapy.

Our Space

Our wellness hub is warm, cosy and inviting. We want our clients to feel at home so they can relax and feel at ease.

Southside Based

We are a community based collective and our aim is to provide mental heath and wellness services for the people of the Southside of Glasgow and beyond.

HOW CAN COUNSELLING HELP ME?

It is normal from time to time in our life for us to seek support, reassurance and acceptance when faced with change, challenges and uncertainty.

Choosing therapy can feel scary and daunting, however, counselling can provide the space for you to explore and navigate the difficulties which are having a negative impact on your mental health and wellbeing.

Finding the right counsellor is key and Tracey offers a free 15 minute telephone consultation to chat and to see if working together feels like a good fit for you.

Tracey works in a Person-Centred way that recognises and values each person as a unique individual without judgement or prejudice. She offers the time and space within a peaceful, private location for you to explore and reflect on issues that are causing you distress.

A common concern when opening up to friends and family about our feelings is that others may worry, not understand, become upset, angry or be disappointed. Counselling can offer place for you to talk openly and be heard with empathy and compassion within a safe and confidential space without having to manage anyone else's feelings.
