ABOUT WALK AND TALK THERAPY

How it Works

Following the traditional talking therapy structure, this service offers the benefit of taking place outdoors. While we might all agree that talking is an essential element of wellbeing, it’s also arguable that fresh air and movement are equally important.

Once an initial assessment has been conventionally completed for practical reasons, we are free to walk and talk. Locations will be carefully selected in collaboration to ensure suitability and confidentiality.
